Items remaining uncollected for (14) calendar days from the day of purchase shall be deemed abandoned and full ownership of such items shall automatically transfer to Williamson Auction Gallery without further notice. Authenticity Guarantee: If authenticity is disputed within 30 days of the sale, buyers may submit written documentation from a qualified expert. If deemed inauthentic, the item must be returned in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price. Refunds exclude transportation/shipping, insurance, or other related costs. Buyer will not be refunded for shipping to/from. During the Auction: Bidding as Principal: By bidding, you accept responsibility for paying the purchase price, including buyer's premium and applicable taxes. Phone Bids: Must be arranged by submitting the relevant form by 5:00 PM the day before the auction and approved by Williamson Auction Gallery. Phone bids are at the discretion of Williamson Auction Gallery and on a case by case basis. Online Bids: Williamson Auction Gallery is not liable for technical issues affecting online bidding. Reserve Price: Some lots are subject to a reserve price set by the seller. After the Auction Buyer's Premium: A 29% buyer's premium applies, along with Florida sales tax (7%) and shipping charges. For online bidders, additional premiums may apply per platform terms. Non-Payment: Failure to pay within 10 business days may result in late fees, cancellation, resale of items, or other actions deemed necessary by Williamson Auction Gallery. Shipping: Items not picked up or arranged for within 14 (fourteen) calendar days or purchase date will incur storage fees of $10 per item per day. If you have not contacted Williamson Auction Gallery to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
