Authenticity Guarantee: If authenticity is disputed within 30 days of the sale, buyers may submit written documentation from a qualified expert. If deemed inauthentic, the item must be returned in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price. Refunds exclude transportation/shipping, insurance, or other related costs. Buyer will not be refunded for shipping to/from. During the Auction: Bidding as Principal: By bidding, you accept responsibility for paying the purchase price, including buyer's premium and applicable taxes. Phone Bids: Must be arranged by submitting the relevant form by 5:00 PM the day before the auction and approved by Williamson Auction Gallery. Phone bids are at the discretion of Williamson Auction Gallery and on a case by case basis. Online Bids: Williamson Auction Gallery is not liable for technical issues affecting online bidding. Reserve Price: Some lots are subject to a reserve price set by the seller. After the Auction Buyer's Premium: A 29% buyer's premium applies, along with Florida sales tax (7%) and shipping charges. For online bidders, additional premiums may apply per platform terms. Non-Payment: Failure to pay within 10 business days may result in late fees, cancellation, resale of items, or other actions deemed necessary by Williamson Auction Gallery. Shipping: Items not picked up or arranged for within 14 (fourteen) calendar days or purchase date will incur storage fees of $10 per item per day. If you have not contacted Williamson Auction Gallery to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
