All bidders must register with MiddleManBrokers Inc. prior to bidding. All property is sold as is without warranties of any kind; descriptions and photos are for guidance only. A buyers premium of up to 30% will be added to all purchases, along with applicable sales tax unless a valid resale certificate is provided.
Invoices must be paid within 72 hours by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check, money order, cash (in-house only), or wire transfer. Purchases over $5,000 require wire transfer. Credit cards on file may be charged if payment is not received, and buyers who fail to pay within 10 business days will be cancelled and permanently banned. Credit card and PayPal payments are subject to processing fees as listed on invoices.
MMB Auction only provides in-house shipping directly through the label program offered on auction invoices selected at the time of check-out. Buyers must arrange removal within 15 days of the sale; uncollected items will be forfeited without refund and may be resold at the companys discretion. All sales are final. Returns are only accepted for items damaged in transit, with notice and supporting photos provided within 7 days of delivery.
Autopay
If you have not contacted MiddleManBrokers Inc. to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
Sales Tax
