All art work is brought to you from local estates, collections, and consignments. All art is sold in the Manner of the artist mentioned, we ask the buyer to do research before purchase. As all sales are final most descriptions are given to us by consignors and brought to us from collections out of estates so please use your best judgment on all items with photos provided. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Lot documents will only be sent to buyers after paying for their won lots. No documents or copies of these will be sent to any client who has not paid for the lot. This measure is for the safety of the buyer and to guarantee that only the buyer has the documents of the won lot, in this way it is avoided that the documents are used by people for malicious purposes. We have had bad experiences in the past. BEFORE PAYING THE BUYER MUST DO THEIR INVESTIGATION WITH THE DATA AND IMAGES PROVIDED BY THE AUCTION HOUSE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WARNING: The buyer will pay, after 35 days of being contacted by the associated UPS store, 10% of the total value of the lot, every week. The buyer will pay after 60 days of being contacted by the associated UPS store, 20% of the total value of the lot, every week. The buyer, after 90 days of being contacted by the associated UPS store, will lose the right to the lot and the refund. Any change will be at the discretion of the parties involved. Buyer pays shipping cost, we will deliver all items to local shipping store called The UPS Store and all shipping charges will be paid to them directly by the buyer. Willow Fine Art Gallery DOES NOT accept returns, except at the house's discretion. NO International returns accepted. Return shipment must be paid by the buyer. Please be aware that our house also charges a restocking fee 25% of the value paid for the item. The buyer must take into consideration the following regulations when making a return: We do not accept returns of parts that have suffered accidents, breakages, etc. All returns must match the same condition in which it was delivered by the seller. Altered, changed, broken pieces are not accepted, different from the state they were in when they were delivered by the seller. All parts have been rigorously reviewed.
