1. General Terms You agree to abide by the following terms and conditions when participating in this online auction. All sales are final; no refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted. Bidders must determine the item conditions themselves. We describe items to the best of our ability and often rely on information from the consignor. 2. Bidding Process All bids are binding. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be retracted. The highest bid at the close of the auction will be deemed the winning bid. River's Wind LLC reserves the right to reject or cancel any bid at its discretion. 3. Payment Payment must be made in full within 24 hours of the auction's closing. All payments will go through LiveAuctioneers. If the buyer does not contact Rivers Wind LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the invoice date, the credit card used to register for the auction will be charged the invoice amount. 4. Shipping & Local Pick up Shipping: Shipping is available for all lots and will be handled through LiveAuctioneers. If shipping is required, all costs are the buyer's sole responsibility. River's Wind LLC is not responsible for loss or damage once items are released to the carrier. Any claims for damage in transit must be filed directly with the shipping carrier by the buyer. River?s Wind LLC also offers in-house shipping as an alternative. Our in-house service includes a $10 handling fee plus actual UPS shipping costs, and we use the most efficient packaging possible to help keep costs reasonable. Local Pickup: If Local Pickup is selected, purchased lots must be picked up within 7 days of the auction's close. Due to limited storage space, items not collected by the deadline will be deemed abandoned and may be resold without a refund. Bid only if you can arrange a timely pickup. Buyers are responsible for providing any necessary assistance, packing materials, and transportation, as River's Wind LLC does not provide loading assistance or packing supplies. If a pickup issue arises, buyers should contact River's Wind LLC as soon as possible. While accommodations may be considered at our discretion, unclaimed items after the pickup deadline may be resold without refund. 5. Item Condition & Liability All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees. Descriptions and photos are provided to the best of our knowledge, but no representations or warranties are made regarding condition, authenticity, or functionality. Auctioneer Rights The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw, extend, or reschedule any auction at their discretion. In the event of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, the auctioneer may cancel or modify auction terms as necessary. 7. Disputes Any disputes arising from this auction will be resolved at the auctioneer's discretion. By participating in this auction, you agree that the laws of Texas shall govern any legal disputes. 8. Indemnification The Buyer shall indemnify River's Wind LLC against claims, damages, or liability (including reasonable attorney's fees) resulting from injuries or harm suffered by any person related to the sale. The Buyer agrees to indemnify River's Wind LLC for damages or losses. The Buyer will not hold River's Wind LLC, its owners, affiliates, or employees liable for any accidents, injuries, theft, or incidents arising from this purchase. By placing a bid, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

If you have not contacted Rivers Wind LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
