From the great gay artists of New York from the Piers to the East Village Scene (David Wojnarowicz, Andy Warhol, Christopher Makos, Jack Dowling) to international artists both historical and contemporary (Pavel Tchelitchew, Jean Boullet, John Barrington, Alair Gomes, Slava Mogutin, and Michail Tsakountis), our latest catalog showcases the very best of gay fine art and culture. Highlights include: A Steven Arnold photograph showcasing the artist?s signature mystical gay lens. A complete, seventeen (17) photograph suite from the Brazilian artist Alair Gomes? legendary Sonatinas series. Several works by the Russian-born surrealist Pavel Tchelithew, including an original ink wash painting and a pair of silverpoint drawings. An exceptional sterling silver and gold vermeil edition of the Warren Cup, one of the most famous examples of Roman homoeroticism in the 1st century AD.
