The auctioneer, NJ Antiques, reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse participation in this auction by any bidder, whether participating in person, online, by telephone, or by absentee bid.
The auctioneer makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding any item offered for sale. All weights, measurements, dates, attributions, and descriptions are approximate and are provided for informational purposes only. Bidders are strongly encouraged to carefully review all photographs and descriptions and to ask any questions prior to placing a bid.
The auction house is not responsible for typographical or clerical errors. All descriptions, condition reports, and statements made by the auctioneer or staff are opinions only and shall not be construed as statements of fact or guarantees of authenticity.
All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
All purchased items must be removed within thirty (30) days of the auction date. Items not collected within this period will be subject to storage fees of $10.00 per lot, per day, with no exceptions.
Failure to collect purchased items within forty-five (45) days of the auction date will result in forfeiture of ownership. At that time, the auction house reserves the right to resell, consign, or donate the item(s) without notice, unless prior written arrangements have been made.
Autopay
If you have not contacted NJ Antiques to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
Sales Tax
