All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinant factor. Clark's may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet, and at the auction but makes no representations to authenticity. In no event shall Clark's be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. All items must be paid immediately following the auction. Credit cards will be charged automatically immediately following the auction. Bidders who are not present to preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Clark's shall endeavor to describe or photograph in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Online buyers are free to call up to 24 hours prior to the start of the auction to ask questions. If you have not contacted Clark's Auction Company to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
