Auction Policies & Pickup Information All items must be paid for prior to pickup. No cash on pickup and no COD payments will be accepted. Items will be available for pickup on Saturday and Sunday following the close of the auction. For example, if the auction closes on Wednesday, pickup will be Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Shipping is handled through LiveShipping. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping charges are separate from the auction purchase price and must be paid by the buyer. All sales are final. Items are sold as-is, where-is, with no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Buyers picking up large, heavy, or bulky items must bring appropriate help, tools, packing materials, and transportation. Staff will not assist with loading unless arrangements are made in advance. Additional fees may apply for loading assistance. Failure to pick up items during the scheduled pickup window may result in forfeiture of items without refund, unless prior arrangements have been approved.

This auction is not located at the 4 Seasons Estate Sales Warehouse. Pickup will take place at: 740 Hazeltine Ave SE Salem, OR 97306 The pickup location is unstaffed outside the scheduled pickup hours, so buyers must strictly follow the posted pickup schedule. Pickup Times: Saturday, August 29: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Sunday, August 30: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Requests for alternate pickup times cannot be guaranteed. Any approved pickup outside scheduled hours will incur a $50 convenience fee, collected on-site before items are released. Please bring appropriate help, tools, packing materials, and equipment needed to safely retrieve and load your purchases. 4 Seasons staff may not be available to assist with loading. If loading assistance from 4 Seasons staff is requested and available, it will be subject to a $50 loading assistance fee.

If you have not contacted 4 Seasons Estate Sales, LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
