If you have a credit card on file with LiveAuctioneers, it will be automatically charged once invoices are sent.
If no card is on file, buyers must contact LiveAuctioneers or the auction house to provide payment within 3 days of the auction close.
SHIPPING
At this time, we offer LiveAuctioneers Live Shipping only.
ITEM HOLDING POLICY
All paid items must be shipped or picked up within 14 days (2 weeks) of the auction close.
Items not shipped or collected within this timeframe will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
NON-PAYING BIDDERS
Non-paying bidders will be reported to LiveAuctioneers, blocked from future auctions, and may be subject to account restrictions. We maintain a strict policy against non-payment, and failure to complete a transaction may result in permanent bidding privileges being revoked.
Autopay
If you have not contacted MCS Antique and Estate Buyers to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
