Buyers are responsible for reviewing all photographs, descriptions, measurements, condition information, pickup requirements, shipping requirements, and applicable fees before bidding. Placing a bid constitutes acceptance of these auction terms. All purchases must be paid in full before merchandise will be released for pickup or shipping. STRICT PICKUP DATES Pickup is available ONLY during the following scheduled times: Saturday, September 26 | 9:00 AM?4:00 PM Sunday, September 27 | 11:00 AM?3:00 PM Pickup Location: 4 Seasons Estate Sales 285 Madison St NE Salem, OR 97301 Please arrive during the scheduled pickup hours. Do not arrive late. Buyers who fail to pick up during the scheduled dates and times will be required to make a separate appointment and will be charged a $50 appointment fee before their items are released. Alternate appointments are subject to staff availability and are not guaranteed to be available immediately. Buyers are responsible for bringing sufficient help, tools, packing materials, and appropriate transportation to safely remove their purchases. Any items not picked up or placed into an approved shipping arrangement within 30 days will be considered abandoned property. Abandoned items become the property of 4 Seasons Estate Sales, LLC and may be resold, donated, disposed of, or otherwise handled at our discretion. No refund or credit will be issued. FIREARMS Firearms are subject to additional requirements. Local firearm pickup requires an appointment, valid identification, completion of Form 4473, Oregon State Police approval, and a $50 transfer fee. No three-day releases. Firearms being shipped must be shipped directly to a licensed FFL. See the complete Firearm Policy below before bidding.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING ON ANY FIREARM. All firearm sales and transfers are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. LOCAL FIREARM PICKUP Local firearm transfers are by appointment only. The buyer must present acceptable government-issued identification and complete all required ATF Form 4473 documentation. A $50 transfer fee per applicable transfer will be charged. Required Oregon State Police approval must be received before the firearm will be released. NO THREE-DAY RELEASES 4 Seasons Estate Sales does not release firearms under the federal three-business-day default-proceed provision. Regardless of the length of the delay, the firearm will remain in our possession until the required approval to release it has been received. SHIPPED FIREARMS Firearms requiring shipment must be shipped to an appropriately licensed FFL as required by law. The buyer is responsible for: Providing valid receiving-FFL information; all packing and shipping charges; any fees charged by the receiving dealer; and complying with the laws applicable to the buyer and destination. Shipping arrangements are handled through Quality Packaging & Shipping in coordination with the applicable firearm transfer requirements. DENIED OR UNABLE TO COMPLETE TRANSFERS Winning a firearm does not guarantee that the buyer will qualify to receive it. Buyers are responsible for ensuring they are legally eligible to possess and receive the firearm before bidding. Do not bid on a firearm if you cannot legally receive or possess it.

Buyers purchasing furniture, equipment, large collections, or other heavy/bulky merchandise must bring sufficient people, tools, packing materials, carts, and an appropriate vehicle to safely remove their purchases. Items left for more than 30 days without an approved shipping arrangement will be considered abandoned. No refund or credit will be issued. FIREARM PICKUP Firearm pickup is by appointment only, even during the regular auction pickup period. Local firearm buyers must: Present valid government-issued identification. Complete required ATF Form 4473 paperwork. Receive required Oregon State Police approval. Pay the $50 firearm transfer fee. Meet all applicable federal and Oregon eligibility requirements. There are no three-day releases. Firearms will remain in our possession until all required approvals have been received.
