Auction Terms and Conditions Payment Terms All payments must be completed within 5 business days of the auction?s closing date. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe will result in a daily storage fee for each additional day the payment is delayed. This fee may be waived only if prior arrangements have been made and approved by us. New Bidders New bidders without an established bidding history may be required to provide a valid photo ID and pay a $500 deposit. If the bidder wins an item, the deposit will be applied toward the total purchase amount. If the bidder does not win, the deposit will be fully refunded to the original credit card used. Condition of Items We provide a general condition report for each item based on our best knowledge and experience. However, as we are not professional conservators or restorers, buyers are encouraged to consult a qualified expert for a detailed assessment. Buyers are responsible for personally inspecting lots to ensure satisfaction prior to bidding. All condition statements are subjective opinions and should be treated as such. Please review each item description carefully for additional condition details. Reserve and Non-Reserve Items Some items may be offered with a reserve price, while others may be sold without reserve. All bids placed are final and binding, so please be sure of your intent before participating. Finality of Bids All bids are final. Once a bid is submitted, it cannot be retracted.
