Terms and Conditions of Sale : 1. Bidding and Registration Prior to an Auction, all bidders must register with Prestige Auctions Inc. or with an online platform to participate in live bidding. By requesting to participate in any Auction, you acknowledge that you are legally bound by Prestige Auction Inc's terms and conditions herein. 2. Lot Descriptions/Sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS" All property offered by Prestige Auctions Inc. is sold in its existing condition, ?AS IS, WHERE IS,? with any faults or imperfections that may exist at the time of sale. Information appearing in our catalog or provided by Prestige Auctions Inc., including descriptions, photographs, measurements, condition information, artist or maker identifications, dates, origins, provenance, materials, signatures, and estimates, is intended to assist prospective bidders. Such information represents our opinion based upon the information reasonably available to us and should not be interpreted as a guarantee or warranty. Any condition reports given by Prestige Auctions Inc. are a courtesy to prospective bidders and are opinions only. Prestige Auctions Inc., its auctioneer, and its consignors make no express or implied warranty regarding the authenticity, authorship, attribution, provenance, age, period, origin, condition, quality, value, or other characteristics of any property offered for sale. Photographs and online images are provided for reference and may not accurately reproduce the exact color, tone, scale, texture, or condition of an object. Prospective bidders are encouraged to examine lots personally or obtain whatever independent professional advice they consider appropriate before bidding. The absence of a reference to damage, restoration, wear, alteration, or another condition issue does not imply that a lot is free from such conditions. Any claim relating specifically to the stated authenticity, attribution, or provenance of a purchased lot must be submitted to Prestige Auctions Inc. in writing within seven (7) calendar days following the auction date. Claims not received within this period will be considered waived to the extent permitted by applicable law. By bidding, each bidder acknowledges having had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the property or request additional information before the auction. 2. Conduct of the Auction Prestige Auction Inc. reserves the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, to withdraw any lot items from the sale at any time before the fall of the hammer. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after sale, the Company's sale record shall be conclusive in all respects. By placing a bid, the bidder agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and acknowledges that all sales are final. 3. Buyer's Payment and Premium Prestige Auctions Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and bank wire transfers. Payment must be received/arranged within 5 business days from the auction date. The processing fee of 3.99% from Live Auctioneers is passed directly onto the buyer. Any lot(s) totaling a price over $2,000.00 will require payment via bank wire transfer/Zelle as the only method of payment. A Buyer's Premium in the amount of 28% will be added to each individual lot to the final hammer price. Non-Payment: In the event that full payment is not received from the successful bidder in within 5 business days following the auction sale Prestige Auctions Inc. may in its sole discretion exercise one or more of the following remedies in addition to any action available by law: 1) impose a late fee of one and one half percent (1-1/2%) per ten days of the total invoice amount; 2) cancel the sale; 3) resell the item/a at such terms Prestige Auctions Inc. finds appropriate and hold the purchaser liable for any deficiency; 4) blocking the bidder from bidding at future auctions. As a condition to registration and bidding, bidder agrees that they will not, under any circumstances, initiate a chargeback, and agree that they are waiving any chargeback rights that may exist under the agreement between the bidder and the bidder's credit card company. 4. Reserve Price Some lots in the auction are subject to a reserve or a confidential minimum sale price requested by the seller. The reserve will not exceed the low estimate. The auctioneer in his sole discretion may open the bidding on any lot below the reserve and bid up to the reserve. 5. Shipping/Pickup/Storage fees Buyer Pays Shipping Cost. Prestige Auctions Inc. provides professional in-house shipping. We are very experienced in packing/shipping all antiques. A packing/shipping charge will be included on your invoice to the address listed on your Liveauctioneer's account. Buyers can choose there own local shipping company for pickup, however a release email from the customer is required prior to pickup. Local pickups and shippers picking up are available by appointment only, Monday - Friday, 9am-4pm with a 24 hour advance notice. Due to space limitations, all items must be picked up within 15 days after the auction ends. A storage fee of $10 per lot per day will apply to uncollected items. All items not picked up after 30 days will be considered abandoned. Once an item/s has been released to a third party shipping company, Prestige Auctions Inc. assumes no responsibility for its condition, handling, loss, or damage. Buyers acknowledge that all claims related to shipping must be directed to the shipping company. 6. Sales Tax Florida State and County sales tax shall be applied and collected accordingly by either Prestige Auctions Inc. or the third-party platform you are bidding on. Sales tax will not be charged if bidder provides a copy of a valid Resale Form, or Tax Exempt Certificate prior to the start of the auction. 7. Governing Law These terms and conditions of sale shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. The purchaser and/or bidder agrees and consents to submit to the personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, United States.

If you have not contacted Prestige Auctions Inc to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
