Buyers are responsible for bringing sufficient help, tools, packing materials, and appropriate transportation to safely remove their purchases. SHIPPING Shipping is not provided by 4 Seasons Estate Sales. All packing and shipping for this auction is handled by our independent third-party shipping provider, Quality Packaging & Shipping (QPS). UNCLAIMED & ABANDONED ITEMS All items must be picked up or shipped within 30 days of the auction. Any item that has not been picked up or shipped within 30 days will be considered abandoned property and will become the property of 4 Seasons Estate Sales, LLC, regardless of whether the item has been paid for. Abandoned items may be resold, donated, disposed of, or otherwise handled at the discretion of 4 Seasons Estate Sales, LLC. No refunds or credits will be issued for items a buyer fails to pick up or have shipped within the required 30-day period. Payment for an item does not extend the pickup or shipping deadline. FIREARMS Firearms are subject to additional transfer requirements. Firearm buyers must contact 4 Seasons Estate Sales BEFORE coming to the warehouse. Local firearm transfers require valid government-issued identification, completion of ATF Form 4473, the required background check and approval, and a $50 firearm transfer fee. No three-day releases. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY Buyers are responsible for determining whether they are legally eligible to purchase, possess, and receive a firearm before bidding. Do not bid on a firearm if you cannot legally receive or possess it. Failure or inability to complete a required firearm transfer does not automatically cancel the auction purchase or eliminate the buyer's obligations under the auction terms. UNCLAIMED FIREARMS Firearms must be transferred or placed into an approved shipping arrangement within the required 30-day period, subject to applicable firearm laws and transfer requirements. Unclaimed firearms are subject to the auction's Unclaimed & Abandoned Items Policy and will be handled only in a manner permitted by applicable law.
