All items must be shipped by us using an insured carrier (UPS, FedEx, or DHL). Will call is not available as we don't keep inventory at our offices due to security concerns. All order fulfilment takes place at a different secured location and as a result we are unable to allow items to be picked up. We reserve the right to refuse any sale due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to: damage to an item, out of the stock listing, misrepresented item, withdrawn consignment, or other such issues. In the event of a refused sale for which payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued equal to the purchase price of the given piece. *These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. Number on limited editions may be different from ones pictured. Paperwork not guaranteed to transfer with artwork. Paperwork may not transfer with artwork. Please message if required. Piece may be switched with a different number if multiples present(frame and format will match). We are not and do not claim to be affiliated with any artist or gallery in our auctions. We do not guarantee authenticity of items and use presented COA, or appraisals when provided.Buyer will be responsible for any fees or taxes associated with purchase. Please feel free to inquire if there will be any additional fees related to import/export prior to purchase.

If you have not contacted Art Lovers Anonymous to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
