We are not authenticators. We do not guarantee these items are in fact WWII original. We try to catalog these items to the best of our knowledge. You are urged to inspect these items to determine authenticity or contact us.
All registered bidders must be 21 years of age or older.
For winning bidders picking up at Stephenson's Auction gallery there will be a $15 Insta-check fee added onto your invoice. This covers administrative costs as well as Insta-check costs. The registered bidder MUST NOT have a criminal record.
Any out of state buyers must check their respective gun laws before bidding.
All firearms are sold in accordance with Federal and Pennsylvania State laws.
Any purchases for out-of-state winning bidders that are post 1898 firearms must be registered in compliance with State and Federal law.
Pennsylvania residents must complete their state and federal registration paperwork at Stephenson?s Auction Gallery and be background checked or provide a signed copy of a Federal Firearms license from a dealer that we can ship your purchase to. FFL dealers must bring a signed copy of their FFL license to Stephenson?s Auction to receive their firearms on the day of the auction.
Out of state internet bidders must fax a current FFL license to Stephenson?s Auction by Tuesday August 19, 2014 to our fax #215-364-0883.
We accept Curio & Relic licenses (C&R) only for appropriate C&R lots.
Out of state purchases will be sent to FFL firearms dealers in their state. Guns will not be shipped directly to winning bidders.
All firearms will be sold ONLY to U.S. residents.
Payment is to be made on the day of the auction or within receipt of your online invoice. Items must be shipped or picked up within 15 days of the auction. Any items sold and not paid for within 15 days will become null and void and will become the property of Stephenson?s Auction. Any items not shipped within 15 days of payment will be charged a storage fee of $5 per day.
Stephenson's Auction has 15 days from payment date to ship post 1898 firearms to an FFL dealer.
All lots are sold AS IS and without recourse. We have tried to describe each item as accurately as possible, however Stephenson's Auction is not responsible for any errors or omissions.
We will not approve any online bidders after the auction has begun.
Registering to bid at this auction indicates that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Some state laws restrict the sale of certain high-capacity magazines. Be familiar with your state, county and city gun laws.
We will not sell or ship any magazines over 10 rounds to anyone in California. We will not sell or ship any magazines over 10 rounds to anyone in Hawaii. We will not sell or ship any magazines over 12 rounds to anyone in Chicago, IL. We will not sell or ship any magazines over 12 rounds to anyone in Aurora, IL. We will not sell or ship any magazines over 20 rounds to anyone in Maryland. We will not sell or ship any magazines over 10 rounds to anyone in Massachusetts. We will not sell or ship any magazines over 15 rounds to anyone in New Jersey. We will not sell or ship any magazines over 7 rounds to anyone in New York. We will not sell or ship any magazines over 30 rounds to anyone in Ohio.
Any firearms sold with prohibited magazines as mention in the previous paragraph will be shipped without the banned magazine and no refunds will be given.
Condition Report: Prospective buyers can request a more detailed examination and/or clarification of the condition report. Any condition statement is given as a courtesy, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact, nor regarded as a warranty or guarantee. Stephenson's Auction is not responsible for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or is free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.

Estimates are provided only as a guide for prospective bidders. Only the items that are being offered for sale on-line have estimates.
Inspection will be held in our gallery located at 1005 Industrial Blvd., Southampton, PA, 18966.
Bidders will be charged a 20% buyers premium. We charge a 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax to everyone except those who have a valid Pennsylvania Sales Tax Exemption number, and those bidders must fill out a Pennsylvania Sales Tax Exemption Form and provide us with a copy of their Tax Exemption Certificate. Items shipped out of state are not subject to Pennsylvania Sales Tax.
All pick-ups or shipping arrangements should take place at time of payment, and completed within 10 days.
Pick-up times are Monday through Wednesday between 9AM and 5 PM by Appointment
Any items not picked up or arrangements for shipping completed within the requested 10 day time frame will begin to have a storage fee of $5 per item, per day assessed and added on to the bill if not removed within 30 days from the auction date.
BIDDING:Internet bidding (both live and absentee,) Left bid and Phone bid services are available. These bids are executed to the best of ability by a designated Stephenson's Auction employee and/or via LiveAuctioneers with information provided to us via computer. This is a convenience to clients who are not present at auctions and we are not responsible for any errors or omissions in connection therewith - as our firm does not control the transmission speed used by or have previous knowledge of bid increments left by registered Liveauctioneer users.
Payment is to be made to Stephenson's Auction within 5 days of date of auction.
Payment is by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, money order or certified check.
All checks and money orders should be made payable to "Stephenson's Auction." There is a 3% fee for the use of international credit cards.
The auctioneer has sole and final discretion in any dispute. Stephenson's Auction reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction before the sale for any reason.
