Art + Design returns to Wright on February 25th featuring a selection of modern and contemporary artworks and design. Highlights include works by Pictures Generation artists such as David Salle, Richard Prince, Sherrie Levine, Laurie Simmons and Matt Mullican, as well as other artists that came to fame in New York in the 1970s and 80s such as Keith Haring and David Wojnarowicz. The sale includes works by a number of Abstract Expressionist and Color Field painters such as Sam Francis, Philip Guston, Alfonso Ossorio, Paul Jenkins and Rodger Natkin. The sale also includes works by Andy Warhol, Sol LeWitt, Jim Dine, Vassilakis Takis, Nan Goldin, Ed Paschke, Nick Cave and Aaron Young. Notable designs include works by Marc Newson, Wendell Castle and Arturo Gomez Guerra among others.
