Wright’s first Design auction of 2016 includes an exciting selection of 20th century designs. From Josef Hoffman to Robert Venturi, this auction features works by some of the world’s greatest designers. Highlights of the sale include a wonderful collection of American craft works with exceptional pieces by George Nakashima, Paul Evans and Phillip Lloyd Powell. Italian lighting and furniture forms also standout with works by Angelo Lelli, Carlo Mollino and Gio Ponti among others. Designs by Charlotte Perriand, Andre Sornay, George Nelson & Associates and Harry Bertoia are also included in this season opener.
