AUTHENTICITY: If within 10 calendar days after the auction date, any lot the purchaser gives notice in writing to Pangaea-Auctions that a lot is counterfeit that was described as "authentic" or "certified", and the purchaser within 10 calendar days after the auction date demonstrates evidence to Pangaea-Auctions by providing a legally notarized affidavits by two (2) recognized industry experts in the field of the particular lot stating that the lot is in fact counterfeit, Pangaea-Auctions will coordinate a refund from the seller to the buyer for the hammer price. Such arbitration award shall be final and binding and may be taken to a court of competent jurisdiction and judgment may be entered thereon.
