shipping was difficult due to lack of shippers
finding someone to ship the piece of furniture was too difficult. if you purchase large items and you need shipping good luck finding someone.

Very professional and clear about payment and shipping.
I had never done an auction process. This was my first time and it proved to be very successful. The only thing that was a bit strange is it did not give helpful information about shipping. Perhaps I missed it on the invoice but it was ultimately resolved.

Beautiful Auction House-Beautiful Ring
I couldn't be happier with Bonhams. I have purchased items via their Paris team and Sydney team. My items were perfectly portrayed online and even more beautiful when I received them. Both times the buying, shipping and pick-up were very easy, and the team members were always professional. I will certainly be buying from Bonhams again.
