NYC Auction House-Amazing Service
I had some personal complications that prevented my scheduled pickup. The folks who answered my call were simply amazing. The were kind and understanding, and I can report that was not a one off situation. Due to personal circumstances, my sister was looped into picking up my winning piece. And she too reported that the folks at capsule were helpful and courteous as well. Not something you expected out of a Manhattan auction house. I would highly recommend purchasing from this team and will be keeping an eye on upcoming events. Would much rather support those who treat others well. The transaction was seamless as you would expect these days. But it’s the customer service that will bring you back!
