I wore my turquoise bracelet for on afternoon and lost two of the stones while I was out. It appears that it was glued in with no attention to detail. Will not buy again. I was not impressed with the quality of the other pieces of jewelry I received. The estimates are inflated.

Auction easy to follow. Once I was notified that I won the items, I let them know it had to be shipped. The items arrived nicely packaged and came in no time. Great experience.

I only wore this bracelet I purchased a few times. The bracelet has snapped in half, and the turquoise does not look to be real, but possibly plastic.

Paid for March 17, 2025 and never received item. Made a few calls a few months ago and had no help Whatsoever like they didn’t care I didn’t receive my $379 worth of jewelry. Have waited a few months more in case the mail found it, but today is January 7, 2026. I need my money back for my jewelry. I habe bought way too much from this auction site to be done that way.

This was a very smooth transaction. The product is just as described and is beautiful. The shipping was quick. I look forward to buying from them again!

Great quality product-easy to bid and buy. The only thing I might mention as a first time auction buyer is the "auction house 23 %." I am assuming this is common practice and a fair amount. However, I was surprised how much this increased the cost of the item. Again, Im a first time bidder and felt everything was fair and I enjoyed the overall process.

My item was damaged upon arrival and I promptly wrote them and have yet to hear from them as to what I should do. I am now leery about buying from their auction house. If I had only heard from them....

Beware. I bought "Navajo" Jewelry that turned out to be not real. Some of the pieces were not stamped by the artists they claimed them to be by and some of the pieces were not sterling silver. I will not buy from them again.

I received this today after a delay from DHL of 1 day. The emerald is more beautiful than I imaged and it fits perfectly.

The bidding process is very easy. You receive email updates on items you are watching and bidding on. Just touch, your in to update your bid. You win. Your credit card is billed. Your merchandise arrives soon after, ready to wear or use. So easy.

I have made numerous attempts via email in regard to the item I won and paid for from this auction company. I haven't heard back from you on any communication. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. Wish there was a negative star scale......

Im very dissapointed these necklaces are not 925. Beware Necklaces clearly cut with a lot of nickel not pure 925, no response to return requests!
