Perfect Packaging and Shipping

As a Glass Collector, I am always cautious about buying from new auction houses overseas, due to the fragile nature of glass and shipping. Magnum Auctions, communicated perfectly, putting the wording as requested on the Customs paperwork. 10/10....., doesn't get any better than Magnum Auctions, Tom Selleck would be proud!

Magnum is great to work with!!

Magnum treated me with respect, kindness, and answered my questions. Unlike most auction houses, Magnum actually cares about their buyers. My items were exactly as described, and they were extremely well packed. I had no issues at all. I appreciated every moment of working with them. I would buy from them again.

Love this Auction House!!

I always get excited when I see Magnum Auctions has a group of toothpick holders up for auction-they always seem to find the hard to find ones plus many more. They are by far one of the easiest auction houses to work with. They always respond to questions promptly, they make payment and shipping easy. Just providing a great overall experience.

Perfect!

We have purchased from Magnum many times. Each time the item is exactly as described (and they have a great selection too!) They make everything so easy, from "shopping" to payment to shipping, which is truly exemplary. They ship in house, which is so convenient, and items are packed perfectly. Fragile items always arrive double boxed. Their customer service and communications are top notch. Magnum is simply excellent.

HONESTYLIKABLE_RELIABLE

Very professional and am pleased in all aspects-buyers remember though cost of processing fees and shipping costs when bidding... not inflated but high as they have to use all new materials and have to pay the wrappers-ugh-what a job!!
