The sale is divided into 8 sections, beginning with New Yorkiana highlighted by the very first deed for land on Long Island signed by Dutch Colonial Governor Von Twiller. Dated 6 June 1636, it is among the earliest New York documents in private hands ($50,000/$75,000).
