Any remaining liquid contents are incidental to the sale of the decorative container.• Buyers are solely responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws concerning the purchase, possession, transportation, delivery, and receipt of spirituous liquor.• Buyers of sealed or liquid-containing decanters must be of legal drinking age and legally eligible to possess the item in their jurisdiction.• Sealed, full, or liquid-containing decanters are PICKUP ONLY BY APPOINTMENT and will not be shipped.• Empty decanters may be eligible for shipping unless marked pickup only or unsuitable for ordinary shipment.• Pickup is in Thayer, Missouri, by appointment, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Buyers must provide at least 24 hours' notice.• Buyers may pick up personally or designate an authorized third party to pick up or deliver their purchases.• Hatman Auctions can store purchased property indefinitely when arrangements have been made.• Delivery may be available for a fee on scheduled routes to St. Louis, Chicago, Green Bay, Michigan's Upper Peninsula, the west side of Michigan, and western Indiana. Delivery must be arranged in advance and operates on firm scheduled dates.• When LiveAuctioneers LiveShipping is selected, LiveAuctioneers and its providers control shipping charges, logistics, tracking, delivery, and damage claims.• When in-house shipping is available, charges are calculated after items are pulled, packed, measured, and weighed and may be billed separately.• Shipping and packing may take up to three weeks after payment. Buyers are responsible for all packing, handling, insurance, carrier, and delivery charges.• Failure to pick up an item does not cancel the sale or relieve the buyer of payment or other obligations.• Buyers must keep their email address and telephone number current. Auction-related arrangements should be made by email.• Hatman Auctions is not responsible for internet outages, delayed or missed bids, software failures, platform errors, or other technical problems outside its direct control.• Special instructions in an individual lot apply to that lot and take precedence over conflicting general shipping or pickup provisions.• The auctioneer's decision regarding bidding, lot disposition, disputes, and auction procedure is final.
