Two antique cookbooks, including The Great Western Cookbook (1857) and Jennie June's American Cookery Book (1870). Both books contain additional handwritten recipes from previous owners. In fair antique condition, with loss to the cover and binding of Jennie June's American Cookery Book and binding loss to The Great Western Cookbook. Both exhibit age- and use-appropriate discoloration.
