ENGRAVED "LILLIE". 1) COLT NO.2 DERRINGER. Cal. 41 RF. S# 7487. Bbl. 2 1/2" elliptical. Top flat has remnants of the maker's address, followed by "No 2" and bracketed by Maltese crosses. Silver finished semi-circular front sight. Engraved action with center mounted hammer and spur trigger. Bbl. rotates downward for loading. 2-piece checkered walnut birds head grips. Total of approx. 9,000 mfg. 1870-1890. CONDITION: bbl. retains 30% nickel finish. Balance of bbl. and action have faded to gray showing scattered light pitting. Grips show moderate wear. Functioning action, bbl. shows slight looseness when closed. Dark pitted bore with largely intact rifling. 2) PUSH DAGGER. Push dagger with bone T-handle. Overall length is 6 3/8". Blade length is 3 3/4". The knife shank is stamped "LILLIE". Knife is housed in a leather sheath with silver finished brass mouth and tip. CONDITION: blade has largely faded to gray showing spots of fading dark finish. Handle shows light wear and marks. Leather sheath remains malleable showing mild general wear. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: 8 7/8" x 7" x 3 1/2" case of birds eye maple with red cloth trim and fitted interior. Case contains 1 case key. Case shows light wear and marks. Pistol and knife are also accompanied by a binder of information talking about Miss May Lillie "The Deadshot Girl" who performed with Pawnee Bill in Buffalo Bill Cody's Wild West Show. (01-27892/DS).
