Christopher Muller

Christopher Muller grew up in London and studied at the Slade School of Fine Art, London, and the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf. He received a working scholarship from Kunstfonds e.V., Bonn (1995), the Nordhorn City Art Prize (2000), and the Alfried Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach Foundation scholarship for Contemporary German Photography (2004). From 2007 to 2009, he was a professor of artistic photography at the Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst Leipzig, and since September 2009, he has been a professor of artistic photography at the Folkwang Universität der Künste, Essen. He lives in Düsseldorf.
