Large gouache on paper mounted on board with a long horizontal composition representing WPA themes of American industry, leisure and education, signed lower right corner, illegible, but appears to be D. Steell or Steall and dated 39. Frame measures 15-3/4" x 41-1/4". This item will need to be shipped by a packing company of your choice. We maintain a list of reliable shippers, or you may choose your own.
