Rolex vintage rectangular wristwatch in solid 9 karat yellow gold, reference number 868, serial number 48765. The watch features a classic silver-tone dial with stylized Arabic numerals and a sub-seconds dial positioned at 6 o'clock. The rectangular gold case is designed with articulated "mobile" lugs and measures 24mm wide (excluding crown). Fitted with a domed acrylic crystal and an aftermarket black leather strap. The back of the case is hallmarked with British 9K gold marks and engraved with the reference and serial numbers. The case construction includes two hinged sections which are currently disconnected and require attention.

Condition: Good to fair vintage condition with case exhibiting moderate surface wear and visible patina. The hinged two-part case is currently disconnected and requires repair or restoration. Dial shows notable aging and discoloration consistent with age. Crystal has light scuffs. Strap is a later replacement. Watch is running but has not been tested for timekeeping accuracy.
