Agate Bottle Beads, 50 Pieces, Length 2.1cm, Width 2cm. Produced from the Han to Tang dynasties, physical evidence of Silk Road trade, unearthed from tombs along the route and collected in major museums. Made of natural red agate (carnelian) with natural reddish-brown patterns, hard and warm, top-grade agate. Shaped as bottles or lanterns, 50 pieces per set, each with a central drilled hole, neatly formed with clear patterns. Hand-polished and drilled, distinctive ancient beads featuring typical opposing drilling. The Han-Tang period (202 BCE–907 CE) saw agate beads as core Silk Road commodities, introduced in the Han and popular in the Tang.
