THREE SILK-EMBROIDERED 'TIGER' PANELS Meiji period, late 19th/early 20th century Each worked in silk threads to depict fearsome prowling tigers in a bamboo forest on the riverbank, each signed Chikudo and bearing the seal Kishishu. Each 111.3cm (43 7/8in) high x 70.7cm (27 7/8in) wide excluding the mount. (3).
