A BLUE AND WHITE 'DRAGON' SAKE EWER AND COVER AND A BLUE AND WHITE MOULDED SQUARE FLASK, TOKKURI Edo period, 18th century The ewer with an upright curved handle and open channelled spout, decorated around the body with a sinuous dragon emerging from mist and cloud scrolls; the flask moulded with karashishi amongst flowering peonies and rockwork, the upper face with a crane amongst cloud scrolls.
