A GROUP OF FOUR SILVER MOUNTED AND MIXED METAL BOXES AND COVERS 19th/20th century Comprising: a box decorated on the cover with boats under a bridge, the interior and base with wood lining, signed katsuhide with a seal in gilt; a box incised on the cover with a house in a riverscape, the interior and base lined in wood, signed hoshun koku; a box with its cover depicting a flower basket issuing prunus next to rockwork and bamboo branches, the interior and base with wood lining, signed kageya koku with a seal; a box decorated in relief with a turtle perched on a rock issuing leaves, the interior and base lined in wood with further metal liners to the interior, signed gyomei. The largest 5cm (2in) high x 16cm (6 1/4in) wide x 11.5cm (4 1/2in) deep. (4).
