Kuba Rug Fragment Caucasus c. 18th century, bright fragment with a spacious Harshang design. This piece was probably woven in the middle of the 18th century during the time of the Quba Khanate, a semi-independent administrative area in the Caucasus during the latter half of the 18th century. A larger piece possibly from the same carpet was exhibited by Alberto Levi at Sartirana Textile Show 2012 and our January 2026 sale. Provenance: The James D.
