The piece is adorned with a figurine of an elephant, set with diamond eyes, seated on a base designed in a foliate motif and further decorated with diamonds. The push bell features a raised garland design and is embellished with gemstones and diamonds along the sides. It rests on four figural legs in the form of elephants.
