Condition
The group ranges in condition from poor-good, with the majority being poor. Notably, card #261 Willie Mays is marked severely in pen on the reverse side, and the front side exhibits minor spider wrinkles and poor corners. Despite these damages, the Mays card shows good eye appeal. Card #33 Spahn is good with a minor wrinkle on the left edge. The remainder of the set is overall low grade, but many examples present well, and many would grade above the 1 Poor designation. 21 examples would be considered fair+, including Spahn, Schoendienst, and Lemon. The remainder have condition issues that deem the cards poor.
