Cecil "Babe" Dye was the premier goal-scorer of the 1920s, renowned for possessing a lethal, heavy shot that made him the greatest offensive threat of hockey's early era. His career was highlighted by a dominant performance in the 1922 Stanley Cup Finals, where he scored four goals in the deciding game to secure the championship for Toronto.
