Olympia Stadium in Detroit was a staple of the city and the home to Detroit's first seven Stanley Cup wins. The programs offered here are eight programs spanning from the 1927-1937 seasons and include the first professional game at the Stadium on November 22, 1927, between the Detroit Cougars and Ottawa Senators. The complete lineup page features full player images of Jack Adams and King Clancy and is a superb early example of the stadium's first-ever program. Also included is a November 21, 1939 game between the New York Americans and Detroit Red Wings where Detroit fell 2-0, November 21, 1937 where Detroit fell 5-1 against the Montreal Maroons, December 31, 1936 game where Detroit defeated the New York Americans 4-2, January 3, 1937 4-2 Detroit victory over the Toronto Maple Leafs and an unidentified date Detroit Red Wings vs Detroit Olympics and unidentified date Detroit Red Wings vs Boston Bruins program. Both unidentified examples match the 1936-1937 program design. The final program in the group is a 1930-1931 Detroit Falcons vs Montreal Canadiens program.

One of the unidentified date programs is missing its back cover while the other unidentified date is missing its inner folds. The white 1930-31 program is nearly completely separated at the spine and requires stapling.
