A early 20th century French striking and repeating carriage clock Hall & Co., Paris The case surmounted by a brass carrying handle over a moulded top, with plain sides and a simple base resting on four bun feet. The 3 inch white enamel dial with pink chapter ring, Arabic numerals, and blued steel hands, signed Hall & Co., Paris. The movement fitted with a silvered lever platform escapement, striking the hours and half hours on a blued steel gong, signed to the backplate E. M. & Co., sold together with a brass winding key, currently ticking and striking. 18cms (7ins) high.
