The piece reflects the vibrant visual style created by Oscar-winning production designer Dennis Gassner, complete with hand-crafted skeletons and traditional celebratory motifs. The filming took place around Zócalo Square, Plaza Tolsa and the Centro Histórico neighbourhood in March 2015 with over 1,500 extras.
