Entirely hand sewn dark blue jacket body with yellow herringbone twill tape, brass cuff-size eagle general service buttons on the front, collar, and cuffs, domet flannel body lining with striped wool pocket bag, plain woven cotton sleeve linings with a very light makers mark on the left sleeve cap and "13", the right sleeve cap has other illegible sleeve markings.
