A fine Victorian brass oil lamp of architectural form, featuring a reeded Corinthian column on a stepped and fluted square base.
The lamp is fitted with a rich amber glass font and an English Duplex burner stamped “Made in England – Duplex”, complete with etched glass shade and clear chimney.

The column and base are of good weight, well cast, and display a mellow antique patina, complementing the warm amber tones of the glass.
A classic and elegant example of late Victorian domestic lighting.

Condition:
Very good antique condition, commensurate with age.
Minor surface wear and patination to the brass; no chips or cracks to the glass.
