Eric Kroll (American, b. 1946) is a photographer and author who has documented alternative sexual subcultures and the sex-positive feminist movement. Kroll photographed Sprinkle's performances and provided the imagery used for the publication and publicity of her one-woman show Post-Porn Modernist at The Kitchen in 1990.

Annie Sprinkle (born Ellen Steinberg; American, b. 1954) is a performance artist, sex educator, filmmaker, and activist whose practice includes the performance piece Post-Porn Modernist and work within the sex-positive feminist and Eco-Sex movements.
