1939-1941. Single-sided tin (SST). This sign was made by the Ingram-Richardson Manufacturing Co. The "IA" marking specifically refers to their manufacturing plant in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. This was a short production window that ceased just before the U.S. entry into WWII. When production resumed in 1946, Champion no longer used the "dependable" slogan, and signs were no longer being produced by Ingram-Richardson.
