Description
Nicely penned English vellum indenture dated 1696 during the reign of William the Third being the conveyance of property in Somerset between a merchant and John Harvey the younger of Bridgewater Castle, gentleman, both of the first part and Edward Baber, Yeoman, of the second part. Nicely penned with early blue revenue stamps signatures and two red wax seals on vellum tags each with a nice armorial impressions. Very good, a couple of minor holes along vertical fold, measures 20 by 10 inches.
