Description

A professional desktop display model of the Boeing 314 Clipper flying boat, attributed to the Post Flight Shop based on design and scale. The model is finished in silver paint with a distinctive yellow band across the upper wing surface and black trim. The livery represents the Pan American Airways (PAA) Dixie Clipper, featuring the airline winged globe logo on the nose and the aircraft name below the cockpit windows. Registration number NC18605 is applied to the upper starboard wing and the outboard vertical stabilizers. The model features a four-engine configuration with silver-finished three-blade propellers and a triple-tail fin assembly. A United States flag decal is located on the forward fuselage.
