This is a Spanish Ruby-type semi-automatic pistol chambered in 7.65mm (.32 ACP), manufactured by Gabilondo y Urresti in Elgoibar, Spain. This blowback-operated handgun features a fixed-barrel design with integral sights, including a blade front and a V-notch rear integrated into the slide. The metal surfaces show a heavily worn blued finish with substantial thinning and surface scratches throughout, consistent with field use. The pistol is fitted with a pair of checkered walnut grip panels and includes a lanyard ring on the left side of the grip frame. One detachable box magazine is present and is serialized to the firearm. Prominent markings include the left side of the slide stamped GABILONDO Y URRESTI-ELGOIBAR-RUBY CAL. 7,65 followed by the serial number 105981 and a circular GU proof mark. The left side of the frame also bears the serial number 105981 and the letters GU are stamped on the front of the slide. Both the right side of the slide and frame are stamped with a P proof mark, and two star-shaped acceptance marks are visible on the base of the frame near the magazine well. The magazine floorplate is explicitly marked with the matching serial number 105981 and an oval GU mark. Note - All firearms require a federal 4473 background check.

The pistol is in fair to good condition, exhibiting significant finish wear and thinning on all metal surfaces, transitioning to a grey-brown patina in several areas with visible surface scratching. The checkered wood grips show moderate wear to the texture and several minor handling marks, but remain solid. The magazine shows exterior wear consistent with the pistol. The bore was not inspected. The action appears to function correctly, with the slide reciprocating and the safety lever engaging as intended, though the firearm has not been function-tested or test-fired.
