Brass Bell with Figural Handle

Description

Cast bronze, brass construction with figural face or mask incorporated into the handle. Traditional free-swinging clapper. Dark aged patina with oxidation consistent with age. Decorative rather than utilitarian. Openwork final and face motif.

Condition

Moderate oxidation and surface wear. No visible cracks in bell body. Clapper appears present and original. surface patina is intact and attractive. Face detail remains well defined. Very good vintage condition. As always please refer to photographs to form an opinion on condition before bidding. All items are sold 'As Is'.
