Description
The vessel Hesperus was commissioned in 1873. It was a renowned passenger/cargo ship for the Orient Line. This lamp bears the Hesperus name plate on the front bottom, front opening door for easy bulb access, and a decorative vent/chimney top with ornamental face or cherub appliqué.
Condition
We have not inspected internal wiring by removing the base plate, I always encourage safety inspection prior to usage. Crack noted in bottom of glass panel door
